Labeling - 6th Step
There are professional labels and then there are larger more easily read labels. For this project I have created labels that are larger than normal but easier to read.
I have created two versions, one version allows you to print and then write on the information and the other version is a Microsoft Word version that you can type the insect information. In either case you will need to download one of these forms.
